If it actually is supersonic only throughout the entire flight profile then it's a bad weapon. supersonic flight takes much more energy at low altitudes and reduces range. Modern supersonic antiship missiles are supersonic in terminal phase only to extend the range.
There's no advantage to terminal phase supersonic for land attack missiles, the danger of interceptions isn't terminal phase like it is for ships.

The DF-100 will be flying mostly over empty ocean. The Yun Feng, in contrast, has to fly through multiple IADS layers.
