【黃敬平╱台北報導】國軍漢光二十二號演習電腦兵棋推演上周五結束，結果顯示，從馬祖列島到新竹以北的北台灣沿海市鎮，都在共軍大舉登陸後一一淪陷，連台北市及台中市都岌岌可危，差點失守；雖然國軍最後在關渡、中壢及台中大度山三場會戰中英勇擊退了來襲的四十萬共軍，但總傷亡超過三十萬軍民，損失十分慘重。總計五天戰費高達九百億元。
The HK22 computer simulated exercises ended last Friday. The results indicate that the area north of the Matsu Islands to Hsinchu were all overrun after a Chinese amphibious invasion, even Taipei and Taichung were nearly taken; although our troops were able to prevail in several areas, namely Guandu, Chungli and Taichung Dadu mountain areas, beating back 400,000 Communist soldiers, but friendly casualties exceeded 300,000. Estimates for the cost of war over five days were as high as 900 million NT.

軍方人士透露，兵推結果顯示國軍的飛彈防衛能力嚴重不足，因此戰爭一開始就處於挨打的局面，全國的交通要道、軍事、政治、經濟民生等重要設施全被「炸翻了」，才會造成慘重的傷亡。

戰機東移保留實力
這次兵推以二○一二年為背景，模擬解放軍大舉犯台與進行戰術攻防，由國防大學校長曾金陵上將率國防大學教官群扮演攻台軍（紅軍），參謀總長李天羽上將率參謀本部參謀群扮防衛軍（藍軍），紅、藍軍分別在大直聯合作戰演訓中心、衡山指揮所，各自輸入電腦參數以軍網連線開打，軍方人士形容，宛如一場大型的電腦《三國誌》戰略遊戲。
共軍一開始就發動了十二波、近九百枚導彈對台澎金馬展開猛攻，由於國軍反飛彈能力不足，重要軍事基地、政府機關、公用設施全部遭到重創。國軍為保存實力，陸續把戰機轉場到花蓮、台東基地靠山洞掩體保存，由紀德艦編成的海軍六二特遣隊疏散到日本沖繩島附近海域，海軍六三特遣隊也朝蘭嶼附近海域向巴士海峽疏散，準備展開反擊。
同時，中國派出潛伏台灣的第五縱隊在全台各地機場、車站製造騷動，首日即造成台灣數千軍民傷亡，但也遭到後備動員部隊的殲滅，並持續以導彈進行攻擊，擊中國軍指揮中樞衡山指揮所、國安局、中科院等要地，並炸毀關渡大橋、澎湖跨海大橋，雙方海、空軍不斷發生近戰，台灣軍民傷亡人數升高到數萬人。
最後，解放軍兵分三路從台北、桃園、台中沿海登陸，並在林口台地、清泉崗進行大空降，台灣北自金山、淡水，南迄桃園蘆竹、新屋及新竹南寮沿海一帶鄉鎮市也全部淪陷，解放軍甚至推進到大度山，國軍設定以國道中山高速公路為台灣西岸最重要的一道防守線岌岌可危。
Fighters remain effective after relocating to the East

(Southeast Taiwan), preparing to counter attack.
At the same time, China deployed several infiltrated units to various Taiwanese airports
(that were already in the country before the invasion) , train and bus stations, to create confusion and havoc, causing several thousand Taiwanese casualties on the first day, but being decimated by the reserves; later on the continuing the missile salvos, hitting our 中樞衡 mountain command center, the National Security Center, Hsinchu Technological centers and other important facilities, also destroying Guandu bridge,

In the end, Liberation Forces split their forces into three parts, respectively landing on Taipei, Taoyuan, and Taichung, as well as partaking in mass parachute drops over Linko
(a major highway in Northern Taiwan) , Chingchuankang, 北自金 mountain, Danshui, 南迄, Taoyuan, Luji, Hsinwu, Hsinchu, and various areas and cities close to the ocean were all overrun, Liberation Troops even advanced all the way to Dadu Mountain. The last line of defense, the Junshan highway
(arguably the most important highway in Taiwan spanning from the North to the South) was also in jeapordy.
Our troops put a special emphasis on Junshan Highway as the last and most important line of defense. That line of defense was also a spot of heavy fighting.
靠地利奪回主控權
國共兩軍最後在關渡平原、中壢平原、大度山三大戰場浴血決戰，國軍在地利優勢下，終於成功擊退解放軍，奪回主控權。
軍方人士說，兵推結果顯示國軍須動員現役及後備軍力七十一萬人。最後我方雖成功殲滅中國四十萬大軍，但也付出慘痛的代價，空軍最後只剩下一百餘架戰機、海軍近岸艦艇全毀、陸軍馬防部全軍覆沒，台灣軍民傷亡粗估超過三十萬人。

「插播最新消息，龍潭麥當勞餐廳發現爆裂物、台鐵汐止車站和台北松山機場均遭中國武裝特攻人員持槍闖入製造恐怖騷動……」這是國軍今年漢光兵棋推演的事件，為模擬中國戰時利用台灣競爭激烈的媒體進行輿論、心理戰，軍方首度找來莒光園地美女軍官陳依凡中尉扮演ＨＫ（漢光）電視台主播，每小時整點連線播報一次「新聞」，狀況逼真，藉此測試我軍民抗敵意志。
在軍方模擬的新聞內容中，包括中央部會某首長座車行經凱達格蘭大道時遭槍擊受傷，緊急送往台大醫院急救；中國不斷散播台灣飛行員駕機「投誠」、外島中階以上幹部陣前倒戈等各種消息，把國內媒體搶播相關戰情新聞弄得活靈活現，藉此測試是否會造成社會人心惶惶，參演軍官都覺得很新鮮。

(I dunno why they did that) female officers 陳依凡 pretend to be a reporter for Taishi TV Station, reporting hourly "news" in a very realistic matter, in order to evaluate the psychological reactions of our troops, as well as judging the will to resist.
In the simulated news, several high-ranking officials were shot; China continuously claimed that there were Taiwanese fighters "defecting", outlying island commanders were surrendering; essentially sensationalizing the news to see if it would result in a collapse of social structure and order. Many participating officers found this to be quite interesting.

The "news" part and psychological warfare, evaluating the resolve of the Taiwanese military and people was of particular interest.
