I think of any of these characters would be great story material, and i hope they make the fate of the Kryptonian civilization tied with holographic AI clones of Jor El and Zod central to Clark's character conflict it could make for an amazingly good story arc.

I hope the Krypton series WB is working on is still going ahead, Krypton is an extremely underdeveloped portion of Superman and the DCU in general

Ok, so I have recently been hooked on Star wars: Clone Wars cartoon on Netflix. And I have to say I really don't know how they got away with calling this a children's cartoon series. Jedi's slicing down non-robots, people being assinated, sniped, murdered, people jumping to their suicide, people being killed by animals and way more. But I will say I really like this show. I just started season 4. The story line is amazing along with the battle scenes haha.

I did see some episodes of the Rebels show. I think they made that way more children friendly, and I don't like it. But I've only seen like three episodes

I agree. That's why I pretty much enjoyed Clone Wars. With Rebels I also agree but that tone might be changing in the upcoming season. It looks to be a little more darker.

And when did it become irritating to have a normally mixed cast, as we normally would encounter anywhere in the world?

I always find it "fascinating" that most movies have a homogeneous cast of people with only one skin color. Like I said above, no matter where you go, you will encounter people of all kinds of skin colors. I would imagine the actors responding to casting calls should also be composed of people of all skin colors. they have to go out of their ways to choose a homogeneous casting. This is always "fascinating" to me...

About casting Jordan as the Human Torch in the new Fantastic Four. I see no problem of that at all. Except! Except that they should cast a black lady for Susan Storm. I don't have any problem if both siblings are black or white. Making them one black and one white? That is irritating to me...

What's worse about these sort of people is they'll say you should get the best actor that can play the roll but then say that actor doesn’t look like the character in the comic books. Or with the recent haters about a black 007.

Rebels has quite a few scenes where stormtroopers get shot in the face point blank.(helmets on though)

While I agree that the Clone Wars is a lot less child friendly than Rebels it still isn't as violent as some other shows since while people getting sliced, shot, tortured is definitely not child appropriate it still didn't really show any blood such as when ever clones were getting shot they only had what a laser hole through their armor but no blood coming out of that wound. However in Rebels though its definitely more child friendly since for a lot of the characters, their deaths aren't even on screen.
