I notice that wingtip flutter is not as aggressive as it was in footage of earlier flights. Can this be taken as SAC working out kinks in using the wingtips to maintain aircraft orientation and direction of movement?

I predicted it many months ago that they'll fix the aggressive fluttering, many people debated with me over it. I stand by my original comment, that aggressive fluttering wingtip was sub-optimal and it would be fixed sooner or later.

Having said that, this is too short of a footage to tell for sure, we'll see more clearly if we get more footage of it doing more aggressive maneuvers. The footage we saw back then the plane did some mild banking then leveled, the new footage is just the plane in leveled flight.

I am still reserving my judgment until I see much longer footage
