No it is not, especially Minnie Chan is one - if not the - most unreliable source on this.

Hey guys, What about export aspects of FC-31??? About mid 2030's everyone will be replacing atleast their 4th gen fronline fighters by 5th gen. Countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh and African countries will need 5th gen jets which are medium cost and easy maintenance. At this moment their is only one plane of this category and that is F-35. Due to political strings FC-31 will serve a nice alternative.
On the pakistan military forum, Pakistani members declared that Pakistan was building a stealth aircraft, AZM. If this information is true, then buying J-31 is not possible
Anything is possible. If FC-31 fits the criteria of AZM then a sale is possible.
So why does Pakistan not care about the su-57, politics is not the problem because Russians desperately need money. Pakistan can order more than 100 units to receive TOT
Pakistan too at the moment doesn't have the money. Moreover Pakistan's defence purchases are relative to India. There is a high chance Pakistan won't induct a 5th gen fighter as long as India doesn't.
First of all, this is again OFF-TOPIC! here we discuss the FC-31 and NOT the Su-57 or again a wet-dream ...
And second it's impossible: Russian won't never sell that bird with full ToT.
