I used google translate on the text. It's something about 3D printing, how it would revolutionize aeronautical industry. They are using it for titanium alloys, but steel and aluminum are still problematic.

Huitong updated his blog. Sometimes I can't tell what he updated since his article has gotten lengthy but I think it's the by date of the "major" changes on the 2nd prototype flying by the end of the year.
