This seems surprisingly inefficient. I thought they would have some sort of rocket rack to load multiple if not all rocket at the same time not unlike the one used on PHZ-89.Loading rockets.

Does anyone recognize what this might be? The caliber of the gun is unknown, and it's mounted on a very large platform with 10 road wheels.
And speaking of unknown vehicle types, the image below was taken at the scene of a minor traffic accident. The camouflage scheme could indicate Army or Rocket Force. Too bad the photo doesn't show what it carries.

Joking, although with it being bigger, it could have more space for power generation? Despite not being a container shaped like a container truck like the Silent Hunter.
