I watched this program on TV yesterday. It is rare for the host to talk about the performance data of the gun in such detail. It feels like she is pushing the weapon export.
Rapid fire mortar does feel like a very good fire support for low intensity battle of most countries.
It is mainly used in mountain combat, and the video is about their training on the Tibetan plateau.
The first one is ZZC-01. It is a ZSD-89 variant too.

The observation vehicle (with retractable sensor mast) scouts targets and then transmits that information to the command vehicle, which in turn assigns targets to the self-propelled mortars as well as instructing them on what ammo types to use. The entire process – from target discovery to mortar firing – takes less than one minute.
