Screen capture from a TV report. They were apparently firing a new type of precision rounds for the first time. Unfortunately, the report provided no specs for the new round.

No, it is for PLZ-07 122mm SP Howitzer. It can also supply ammo for PLZ-10 120mm SP Mortar-Howitzer, but with a different ammo rack.

Well to be fair almost every advanced powers out there has put some kind of very accurate guidance methods onto their rockets. Only second rate and third rate countries that cant afford them solely stick to unguided rockets.
