You are in luck. I've some industry experience writing how-to guides for software application tool usage.
Step one: Click on your username in the top left corner of the screen
Step Two: click on where your avatar picture should be. It should prompt you with a popup window, which leads us to step three.
Step Three: Click on the "Choose File" button to select an image from your local computer.

Me too. Just got my notice. Can't believe it's 10 yrs ago that i joined this forum.
10 yrs ago i read some news article about China's new stealth jet was spotted. Did a google search and pointed me to this site and i enjoyed it ever since. Here's to the next 10 yrs.
