Indeed it has been a long time... life has been busy. I've been reading posts here from time to time just to follow what's going on, but don't feel like I have much to contribute on the technical side.
I use reddit, but the quality is here is vastly superior. I prefer posting here because the intellectual density is much much higher than reddit. (e.g. r/sino, r/geopolitics, r/credibledefense, etc...)
I'm 32 now. So I joined SDF when I was 16 yrs old.
You bring back bad memory of Chinawhite and Germark.
TUP is pretty young when he joined this forum. Most of members in the ezboard days are teenagers.
I joined SDF back to 2006 when I was 31, now I'm already in my mid 40s.
Reddit just isn't as fun imo, forums have more personality or Character to it I guess
