i think planeman might be asking about the weird-looking anti-ship(?) missile

Well the plane is right, but yes I was actually meaning the missile. The missile is laser guided and in service with a middle eastern Hawk operator, although probably carried by Mirages. Only country to operate it I think.

Marconi developed the PGM 500 and 2000 series of weapons in the early 1990s. Available in 500lb (226.7Kg) and 2000lb (907.2Kg) versions the missile is rocket boosted. Hakim is laser guided and can be integrated with aircraft such as the Mirage 2000 and Phantom. Hakim has probably entered service with the United Arab Emirates (at who's behest it may have been developed) and was test flown on BAe Hawks, as shown in the photo on the left.
