Looks like a 40s corvette, thats roughly 70meters long. Interestingly, it also looks like the Braunschweig class corvette that was commisioned this year.

I think it might be a modified Flower class corvette. The twin-AA gun and main turret looks very Russian or north eastern european, however I am clueless when it comes to guns.
