Its a Duplex Drive AKA Donald Duck Tank. Specifically, although much of the tank chasis is covered, the tracks indicate a VVSS suspension system, which rules out the valentine. Including the fact that valentine's dimension might seem to be abit out of place, it would seem this is a M4 Sherman tank.

I think I saw this on TV. You fill with water and explozives and detonate walls and other things.

Getting warmer. It does have something to do with water and explosives, but can you be more specific as to what it does, or name it?

Hint #1 - Its new technology.
