^^^ That looks like the USS Arizona BB-39 to me. Which is a Pennsylvania Class Battleship.

The Arizona,contrary to much folk lore, is not still commissioned. It was assigned the status of an dedicated Memorial on 05.30.1962.

yup.. HMS Nelson it is. as an FYI her one and only sister ship HMS Rodney played a critical role in the sinking of the Bismarck!
