Duh.. That's an US Navy E/A-18G Growler from the "Vikings" of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 129, based at Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island, WA. But in the photo above the aircraft is landing at NAS North Island. You can see So Cal mountains in the background and the Coronado Bay Bridge.
