The fanboy CGI was around much longer than the article. They simply used it as a reference picture.

As I've say, incompetent and therefore unreliable.

J-15 is a designation given by fanboys. We don't know the true designation for the naval Flanker. For all we know it could be J-11C.

Sure, so you think the J-15 designation is given to this supposed "snowy owl".

Whenever you watch TV, do you have a camera at the ready? It's not like CCTV will replay the frame over and over again.

Any CCTV programmes with significant military project related pictures would usually have a picture taken, and most CCTV programmes are on the internet anyway so people can hunt them down.

And if there was such evidence of the snowy owl as substantial as a CCTV programme then why haven't others (again I stress the need to be credible) mentioned it?

When were CGIs ever reliable?

Nope, I never said that. I said the designation can be applied to a different plane. For all we know, the J-15 may be the naval Flanker and the Snowy Owl will be something else.

I've found some. I'm not sure if they are the right frames (CCTV uses fanboy art to depict the real fighters), but the news is definitely there.

Don't rely on the pictures too much, since it's the dialogue and news on which the report was based.

Why "credible" people haven't mentioned it? Because the report is a few days old.
