2 breakdowns at the same spot would suggest crew error. If it was an issue with the tank design or manufacture, it would be extremely unlikely for two breakdowns to happen at the same spot.
Most likely the crews pushed their tanks beyond designed tolerances to cause the breakdowns.

This biathlon seems not to get as much attention as last year's did. Last year I'd come across articles on it a lot. Wow, that's a lot of Indian trolling on YouTube on anything about the biathlon. You wonder how did China beat them by how the Indians were portraying it.
