Exactly, and as we see Aksha's list we should see 07 and 08 delivered to flight test, 052 has returned to flight, fuel leaks fixed as well as Horizontal Stabs replaced??? hummmm, and left engine replaced? to be expected, but the horizontal stabs???
and T-50-7, I'm supposing 07 will receive further structural upgrades?? to the side members?? so could be fuse structure??? wing attach?? or even weapons bay structural upgrade, leaves a lot to the imagination?? or interpretation???
searching Russian Internet for fresh PAKFA news a moment ago, found this view I haven't seen before:
Kool shot, can't sleep Bubba???,,, that will make u old before your time??? I have never been a "good sleeper"? LOL
Let me give you my opinion, at this point, i do not know if it is a new Bort, or the old 055, first because the original source ( ) does not say or deny anything and the PAKFA picture has no bort number, it is not painted.I was in fact a little confused as I misunderstood Oct 27, to be 2015, when the article does clearly state Oct 27, 2013 for its first flight.
You had noted the extensive damage, and as I predicted shortly after the accident, they did take the next center fuse off the line, and reuse wings, tail, landing gear, possibly even forward and aft fuse as most of the fire damage was indeed in the center fuselage. I was employed for a time in an aircraft service and repair facility, we worked on aluminum aircraft mostly, but on occasion a glass-fibre bird would show up??
The glass fibre is incredibly difficult to repair, and carbon fibre is even more difficult, but irregardless fire destroys them all and renders them, "unairworthy".
Their strength is dependant on the clean bond of carbon fibre fabric and the bonding agent, in fact carbon fibre is bonded in a heated, air-evacuated oven. The part is created in a mold, and fibre and bonding agent formed in as close to the finished part as possible, then prepped and finished to form the finished part, which may then be bonded or joined to additional pieces to arrive at the finished product.
well, it is okay if you think like that, but i will wait and see first once it is painted or repainted to see what aircraft it is, and wait for Sukhoi to make an announcement about what aircraft it is, because i am sure it will appear soon in their news release section, the rest i see no point to opine, since it will be pure speculationOk ... but T50-6 is unlikely since - at least from what I know - there are "few" 6. The first one T50-6-1 is now re-used in 055 and was once planned to be the final stage 01 prototype and there is reportedly a second one T50-6-2, which was originally planned to be the first stage 02 and Indian prototype. However I must admit I really do no longer understand all this ....
bruda I didn't get your joke, it's 1755 hours of local time now ...

Please i am not in a mood for arguments, neither interest in them, just learn to respect my opinion as i am ought to respect yours. With Deino's sources, and my very certain knowledge of aircraft and their construction/maintenance, in conjunction with several independant sources affirming Dieno's source, make this a no-brainer. Looking at the post fire pix of 055 leave NO DOUBT, that the Center Fuse was toast, delaminated fibres strung all over the place?? The aluminum/titanium framework also loses its temper when exposed to an intense fire.
But feel free to wait on Sukhoi to tell you what you should think, I was hoping that you would be able to deduce and formulate an accurate account between your own two ears, but hey, I've been wrong before.
October 16 made its first flight of T-50-5R - aircraft, rebuilt after a fire T50-5 June 10, 2014 in Zhukovsky, after a test flight. The recovery process used nodes T-50-6, stopped in production.
One of the three fifth-generation fighter T-50, which should have this year to connect to the flight tests, is already taking part in them. This PAK FA being flown may have seen residents of the Leninsky district - a fighter for more than two weeks of flying either alone or accompanied by Su-30.
According to the United Aircraft Corporation, two more T-50 flight tests to join later. On Tuesday he told President Yuri Slusar KLA. He noted that three flight sample would "intensify the flight test program."
- It includes a huge number of flights, so the more we will be "on the wing" of experienced aircraft participating in the flight test, the faster the program will be implemented. The program goes to the chart. We reaffirm the characteristics that initially when placing TK in the car were laid and satisfied with the progress of the program, - the head of the KLA.
