IMO these are cables associated to certain sensors in order to measure certain dynamic forces (?) ... but more interesting - esp. since some still deny this with the argument it is not proven by an official UAC or Sukhoi report ;) - are the reinforcements clearly visible on the wing. These huge structures (similar to the much smaller ones added to several F-16s) are to cope with structural issues.
