Maybe better for them to buy some Chinese look alikes until they build a new one. They would build it faster than refurbishes that lemon.
Rostec and USC are both Russian state owned companies. And this actually happens more often than you would think. Airbus bought Bombardier's C-Series division for $1 CAD. Typically the facilities, staff liabilities mean you would lose more money than get in an actual sale.
