Russia has taken Crimea it's now theirs I guess they will try and grab some of Eastern Ukraine in the same way
Why should they? The Crimea has a vital naval base. But dividing Ukraine with the EU can wait, if indeed it is ever to happen. Best look and see if the EU is able to keep the current Kiev regime afloat. I would guess they'll fail.

The design bureau might well use a very different designation from the air force designation. Remember the old Tu-95 that had the air force designation Tu-20. So the identification isn't an argument. The fact that it looks like fan art is to me pretty convincing.

And they do Mig's last prototype was Mig 1.44
assuming they kept the same numbering sequence then a new fifth Gen light fighter should be Mig 1.45 or if there were other designs in between then this should be something like Mig 4.15 but then comes a if as both Mig and Suhkoi were absorbed into the Russian state aviation company, so they might have merged the sequence if so then the latest fighter prototype we can confirm would start the sequence. That would be T50 the Pakfa. So then T51? T60?

as to why absorber more of Ukraine The Crimea is a industrial base Ukraine still has a number of industry centers some of which are critical to Russian defense industry. GAZ trucks, Anitov transports for example.

The Ukrainian Navy's Black Sea headquarters in the Crimean port of Sevastopol has been reportedly stormed by the pro-Russian self-defence forces a day after a treaty was signed to annex the Ukrainian peninsula.

I know its defence talk but its interesting for sure! Would American SeaWolf class submarine be considered 5th+ generation?

Sea Wolf is Nuclear this is AIP comparing the two is like comparing a Jet to a turbo prop. AIP has some advantages to it but also issues.

Sea Wolf was probbaly the first true 5th gen sub and it is nuclear. Now the US has the Virginia class and the Brits have the Astute class, which I would also call 5th generation. But all nuclear.

I would argue that the German Type 212 and the Japanese Soryu also would be called 5th generation. The later Yuan Class may be too...but we just do not know enough about them. They are AIP Diesel/Electrics like this new Russian design and would be more comparable.

AIP Diesel electric boats are very quiet, but they are also slow and do not have the endurance of a nuclear attack sub. They also generally carry a far smaller weapons load.

The newer 5th generation nuclear powered attack subs are also very quiet...but not quite as quiet as an AIP diesel/electric subs moving very slowly or holding position on electric power only. But a nuclear sub is much faster (both submerged and on the surface), carrier a lot more weapons, and it has a LOT more endurance at sea.

AIP diesel electrics are dangerous in the littoral waters, at choke points, or if they know where a task force, convoy, or large ship is going to be and can lay in wait for them. But they would have a tough time cacthing up with, or keeping up with any Surface Action Group or Carrier Group in transit on the high seas.

Definitely, in more Seawolf is the more fast SSN, 40+ kn capable the only before the withdrawal of Alfa and Papa which had the drawback of being very noisy and unreliable.

SeaWolf was designed to operate deep in the depths of the Ocean hunting Russian SSBN's she's originated more to antiship missions with a increased torpedo war load. Think of her as the Submarine equivalent of the F22. Virginia was designed based on a number of Seawolf technologies for Littoral operations she was designed to come into shallow water and deploy cruise missiles and Seal teams she is the submarine equivalent of F35.
