Actually they are still flying the SU-33s as well, so they have a mix. That pilot will fly any of the other aircraft in the rotation, somebody will share, trust me, everybody wants a day off??? LOL

IT happens! flying off the boat is inherently dangerous, and without a report on the aircraft troubles, I would remind you it could be a simple case of "fuel exhaustion". Pilots fine, and ready to jump back into the combat rotation.
These are two different regiments.
