:) you're my SDF friend so I'll put it this way: it was easier to show which ship it wasn't (which I did: the chart posted by Miragedriver doesn't show Project 20380 or Project 20385) than to say which ship it was (which you did) ... you could be right according to Russian wiki:

Does it mean not all of Project 22160 ships will mount that VLS? I guess Jeff would at this point say: We'll wait and see :)

Russia is announcing all sorts of neat new things they would like to do...many of them coming into being in the 2020+ time frame.

They clearly have the exertise to develop most of these things.

I will believe it when I see it at this point.

I don't know the Spanish language but it looks like that launcher can be put almost everywhere (including Project 22160 you suggested, of course) ... just one picture here, kinda scary:

Yep i knew some times ago a project for civil ships, unusual.

The B-262 Stariy Oskol project 06363 is formally integrated into the Black Sea fleet. The first two units of the project, B-261 Novorossiisk, B-237 Rostov Na Danu will join this Fleet in August and December 2015, via Meditteranee.

The first two units are still in the Northern Fleet for tests, B-262 should also rally this Fleet for these tests. He is currently in Baltiysk.

The TK-208 Dmitry Donskoy project 941UM Akula / Typhoon returned on July 16 in Severodvinsk but no SLBM missile launches.

We still do not know if SLBM Bulava can be considered operationnal normaly he had to stay a few launches to do.

Yes, and I just noted today on the Russian SuXX thread that these old gals might require/benefit from a fighter escort, which the Flanker would provide.

These are old Soviet Rastrub missiles (NATO SSN-14 Silex) . It is actually a torpedo carried by missile, and looks like in this case torpedo fell off, while missile continued on its merry way . :D
Link in Russian with pics of weapon below . Anyway, this shows why Russia needs to introduce more corvettes and frigates as fast as possible, instead of fiddling with cruisers and aircraft carriers .
