Looks like commander of the tank sits beside the driver . Compare with let's say T-90 where commander salutes from the turret .

Well that was known before we saw any pictures of the Armata. The crew sits in an armored capsule side by side.

There was a debate (still not concluded) does Armata has two or three-member crew . From the latest pics , I would say it's just two , although I could be wrong because part of the tank is still covered .We shall see.

It is three man crew, commander and gunner enter through the same hatch.
The current speculation and discussion that is the real question is what solutions they have implemented for cook off's from amunition. Where are the blow out panels, how do they enter the turret for reload and maintenance for repairs and maintenance on battlefield.

The French newspaper L'Opinion 'recently stated that the current situation will cost Paris also 5 million euros per month only with regard to the maintenance and protection of ships, which would remain in France.
