Jura, please avoid one line posts with just a link. The rules indicate that one liners are not allowed...and this is particularly true if they have no description at all

Try and include a description of what the link is about and at least some of the article so people will know what they are linking to.

Thanks!

I'm sorry, Jeff, actually I didn't know if to believe that link or not ... but that's what I should've said, I guess :)

The Kamov Ka-226 "Sergei" it's descended from the Hoodlum it uses Kamov's coaxial rotor system It has a Cousin the KA126 Hoodlum B that serves as a link between the Hoodlum and Sergei . Hoodlum and Sergei are twin engine well Hoodlum B was a single engine. This family of choppers is light camparable to a K-Max. but where a K-max is a Crane only Hoodlum , Hoodlum B and Sergei have a unique feature ripped right form Gerry Anderson productions. note where the landing gear is located on the chopper. 2 small gears under the nose two large located on there own spars starting from above the cabin not from the cabin. "So?"
The crew cabin in this image is a removable module

Here it is with out the cabin. in this configuration it's air crane
I am amazed Kamov never tried to scale a derivative of this to blackhawk class

SSBN Russian force
Naval strategic capabilities: an ongoing renewal.

Russian strategic naval forces are, with the strategic missile troops and strategic air forces, a pillar of Russia's nuclear triad. They have known since 2013 for a substantial renewal to maintain and upgrade their abilities, with admission to active duty for new SSBN Project 955 Borei and commissioning of strategic ballistic missile Bulava. The Project 955 Borei SSBNs and derivative (Borei-M) must constitute the backbone of the Russian naval deterrent and replace SSBN Project 667BDR breathless and those of 667BDRM Project.

project 667BDR

End of 2014, 2 units remain operational in the Pacific Fleet: K-433 Svyatoy Georgiy Pobedonosets (be commissioned in 1980) and the K-223 Podolsk (be commissioned in 1979). They put both out 16 R-29R missiles. Their withdrawal from active service provided in as the new Project 955 SSBN join the Pacific Fleet from the second half of 2015.

project 667BDRM

End of 2014, the Northern Fleet SSBN 6 aligns all the operational 667BDRM Project: K-114 Tula, the K-407 Novomoskovsk, the K-117 Bryansk, K-18 Karelya, K-84 Yekaterinburg and K-51 Verkhoture. These submarines implement the strategic missile Sineva (R-29RMU2), and for some, since 2014, the Lainer missile (R-29RMU2.1).

project 955

End of 2014, the Northern Fleet has a type of Borei SSBNs, the K-535 Yuri Dolgoruky, called to active duty in January 2013. The vessel received its endowment 16 Bulava missiles in October 2014.

The Skycrane is beautiful compared to the Kamov 226, sorry but those are homely little "buggers", the Skycrane is still awesome, if you ever say "heliloggers" they use the Skycrane to move very large timber, and it is awesome" It is very agile for such a large chopper, it is amazing to watch.
