Re: Russian SU-3X Flanker Thread: Videos, Pictures, News, Views
Like you have said you can agree or not, however i will give an advise, estimates can be wrong, thus you should clarify in your table that is an estimate, but if you want to be more accurate skip it, why? it is better to write the combat take off weight of 25300 kg than write the 18000 kg.
I gave you the Russian knights website where they clearly stated the Su-27 has a dry weight of 16300 kg, now compare that to the weight you have for the J-11B.
Consider me a reader, when i see that and i read that some people say the new J-11B is lighter than the Su-27SK wow then i think somethings sounds fishy about your data, it means the old SU-27s flown by the Russians are lighter than the supposedly lighten up J-11B!
Furthermore the SU-35 uses composites, why i know that

The video mentions the SU-35 has stealth technology thanks to composites, do you think the Russians won`t use more advanced structure.
See what Dmitry Litovkin says in the video.
To be honest you have the right to believe what ever fits your reasoning, but as an advise it is better to skip that data and number because it is not based even in Russian or official sources, they are western estimates that can be way way wrong, but it is up to you.
cheers
F I simply stated my reasoning. You can agree with it or not...and that is fine.
Cheers.
