Due to the gasoline shortages all across the country, Russia has relinquished import levies on gasoline. Pretty good job by the Ukrainians in turning Russia into a gasoline importer. Slava Ukraine!

It just means more Russian crude oil will flood the international market.

I doubt there will be much need for actual gasoline imports since the Russian government announced they will be blending fuel to make gasoline and diesel.

In the longer term Rosatom is building two gigafabs to make lithium-ion batteries. Russia is going to start making EVs. That will cut down gasoline demand eventually.
Russia is also building an HSR line between Moscow and St. Petersburg which should further reduce aviation and car fuel demand.

Adding to this the Kosygin pro-market reforms just added fuel to the fire. Now imagine an economy that, while capable of producing surplus value, cannot store it due to the prohibition of private property or storage of value. What does it do then? It reinvests it into the economy itself. And that didn’t please some people, they wanted to dip their whole hand into the jar of honey. In my view, institutionalization and the lack of motivation and imagination were the essential causes of the USSR’s decline. It’s understandable, things can’t go perfectly the first time.
I think that this has to go deeper. While west wooed that USSR stagnated and backward etc, was building carriers, cruisers, nuclear subs, a fully blown space program, numerous nuclear stations etc etc etc. USSR died because of hyperproductivity. Soviet people went also lazy and "goofy" but there are western documentaries claiming thats soviets had better sex also. lol Population was booming even after the great hit it took during WW2 so maybe they were right. East German's most enjoyed activity was to run to the nature naked and party any moment they could haha. I remember them coming here in Greece too

Yeah the amount of infrastruture the Soviets could build was just monstrous. Just look at the nuclear power plants in Ukraine alone. They were building like two dozen gigawatt class nuclear power plants simultaneously in the Soviet Union.
It was way easier to mobilize workers and resources for such public works construction programs than in a capitalist economy.

In simple economics, nigganomics as a man once said, The global debt, is the combined productivity owned in material on not substance, trapped in the pockets of fewer and fewer people. In terms of money. I think it's enough to make as type 2 civilization Soviets made space drones while you are sending teslas in space you fool. They invented "Teknologia" except the Gopniks lol
