Actually i think i've read something like this somewhere yesterday, but not sure where. Well, i guess it's the good old orange regime tactic, if there is no one to report bad news, then there is no bad news. (this years there are been an avalanche of chinese advances showcased and reported by TWZ even if in their usual copium-filled way, the 6th gens, the WZ-X, the KJ-3000, then the parade with the CCAs and myriad of other advanced systems, so yeah the Pentagon lads were/are probably pulling their hairs non-stop).

I been reading on and off TWZ over 15-20 years for general military tech. I remember they would embed odeosoilder, denio, and a few others in the sparse PLA articles which eventually that led me to the old pakistan defense forum and here. Stupidly, during the early 2000s gwot, i didn't think the enemy of the US/west was China. I guess dumb on my part LOL. Back in the days, the comment section usually just hated on the f-35, lcs and the Russians. I guess everything changed with Trump when China became the explicit enemy. The comments went full retard and i was ban multiple times. It would be a shame to see the twz end since i like watching the comment sections as they cope these days while China shoots to the moon
