Question. How can you tell who loves you the most. Your dog or your wife?

Ans. Lock them both in the boot of your car and see which one is happy to see you when you come back in a hours time to release them.

It's the ice on the road and bridges that concern drivers. It's like driving on a skating rink and if you brake suddenly you'll be slipping and sliding.

One of the main reasons it's a "Cold Day" is the blowing and drifting snow. Folks out in the country are facing big snow drifts.

Only two below F for us, and winds top at 5knts, so it should be great here, I get to be coach in the am, school is still on, but no "nerf tag" for me, LOL!

Well it's back to work for me this afternoon...It's still cold but at least it will be above ZERO F today. We expect a high temp of 9F or -13C...

Conditions right now..

It is -10F or -23C.

-23C? You must be kidding! A local news paper said that this winter the US in colder than the surface of Mars.

I never know what -C feels like but some time ago I visited a freezing-room of my friend which was used to store ice-cream. The ice-cream requires -10C to be frozen. The room's temperature was set to -20C then the freezer would stop working, and when the temperature reaches -5C, the freezer would start working again. We stayed inside the room for about 10 minutes without any special clothing, not feeling so cold because we were coming from a 40C environment.
