Oh yea..it is 1C or 34F right now with the temperature dropping. And by Saturday our low is expected to be -15C or 5F. Just a tad nippy!

Had 17 F today here.

Friends inform me that the top portion of the North Island NZ got hit by over 10000 lightning strikes on Saturday night with the city of Auckland recording over 1000 hits.. It must have sounded like a artillery barrage.
