Only public info regarding him is his competitions rewards and sniper records, no knowledge regarding the deployment if he had any, that's good enough by my standard, in my opinion combat for the regular troops is a process of spending not building, the longer a soldier stays in intense conflict, the less effective they might perform, and closer he is to the breaking point, especially if there are friendly casualties, however being in actual combat indeed can test proof many strategy, concepts and new equipements, but there are ways to do so with less blood shed.Quite experienced in combat or competitions? Equipment looks good but still missing kneepads. Do each individual soldier gets his own radio ?
Knee pads aren’t popular since they can hinder your movement. In the US, some soldiers opt for a single knee pad (and that’s for long term exercises and missions that have bad terrain) while others just suck it up. As for the radio, no. Finally this is the wrong thread to ask such a question. Please ask questions of this type in the dedicated infantry equipment thread in the future.Equipment looks good but still missing kneepads. What is that muzzle device? It doesn't look like it does anything particularly useful. Maybe a thread protector?Confirmation that QBU-191 uses free floating barrel. Something we've known for ages of course, but we have here it said so clearly in a relatively official way.
(These CCTV reports aren't always fully accurate depending on the topic, but for something like small arms and some more basic land systems, it tends to be accurate)

Theoretically, if the QBU 201, 202, and 203 ever got the DMR treatment, would it use a similar chassis to the QBU 191 or something new entirely? I'm surprised the PLA still hasn't had a DMR in higher calibers seeing who they are going to face.
