The link is finicky, might be something the SDF server does with it. Deleting the parameters in the link worked (everything after the "?").

A bit off-topic but some interesting rumors surfaced in the bilibili comment sections from these 191 videos so take these rumors with a truckload of salt but it is said the original design was supposed to have an ambidextrous charging handle that was non-reciprocating along with a folding stock instead of a buffer tube. The 191 ended up the way it currently was because these were the requirements from the army. Again, just rumors nothings concrete but interestingly enough, the closes thing to this would be the CS LR 17 if we added the ambidextrous charging handle and we don't know if it is reciprocating or not.

I've heard conflicting rumors on the capabilities of the 5.8 x 42mm cartridge and comparing them to 5.56 NATO. Can anyone elaborate on how well it performs?
