Here is a YJ-12:
It's MUCH thicker/wider than the YJ-62 with its four large intakes, and you already know what the YJ-62 launcher looks like. It's significantly larger than the YJ-83 launcher:
Now here is the post-refit Luhai:
Look at that quadruple launcher in the photo. It looks like the same size as a YJ-83 launcher. Which means it's either a YJ-83 or a YJ-18, but certainly not a YJ-12. The Luhai could fit (maybe) 2 quadruple YJ-12 launchers (if there is such a thing), but certainly not 4 quadruple YJ-12 launchers, and that photo shows 1 quadruple launcher plus the empty racks for 3 more quadruple launchers.
