32 in front, 16 aft. Looks like Kortiks are still onboard.
It looks so. It receives 32 cells of VLS at the front, instead of 16 cells plus a HQ-10 launcher. Unless they're going to install the HQ-10 launcher at the rear, I assume they'll put 16 cells of VLS there and keep the Kortiks for CIWS.

I'd assume kortiks will make way for 1130, especially since supporting structure by deisgn can take the full recoil.
Kortiks are nice meatgrinders on that rare day when they work as intended. It wasn't easy to make them work as intended even 30 years ago, when their production chain was fully alive.

Newer Russian "ciws robots" are properly reliable, but kashtan was born too close to the fall of SU to fully mature.

Can't they do all that and replace the Uragan aft with an HQ-10?

EDIT: Nevermind. I thought the Uragan spot was below and behind the rear VLS, but that is where the helipad is.

What are the issues plagueing the Kortiks to the point they're likely to be replaced? Because isn't it just a predecessor of the current Pantsir-ME CIWS?

PLAN kept the Type 730s on the 052B and didn’t bother to replace the AK630 on the 956E…

Yes, this is the observed trend in PLAN that older ships lose their vanguard roles even after MLU. Sovremnny class used to be called PLAN's aircraft carrier killer in their hey days, but time passed fast.

It seem it is not worth spending too much budget fundings on upgrade of older ships.

Now a days type 052D and type 055 are the vanguards.
