Some pictures of Huayang (Cuarteron) Island. I think they were taken in Feb 2015.
Look carefully and there is a 6 storey building, probably for administration staff.
Or as someone says, it could also be a casino, hotel or shopping mall, lol.
I think the little while building at the bottom of the pic is the original outpost.

there is nothing the Philippine can do really, and no words from Vietnam side? Vietnam has been doing similar activities just of course in much smaller scale.
Perhaps Philippine can do similar activities, even I highly doubt they have the fund and expertise

A medical facility within this construction would be quite useful.

Looks like there is also a water reservoir on the left (south) side.
There is a six storey building which could have multiple uses, such as administration, hotel, shopping mall, casino or hospital, etc.

Construction is occuring on the section next to the harbour. Still no sign of the new six storey building, yet. For those who are hoping for a hotel or casino, I am afraid you will still have to wait a little while longer, lol.

Does anyone know what this structure on Gaven Reef is?
My guess is it's probably a light post or a light house to warn ships and boats of a shallow water on the reef. Look at how close it is to the edge.
