The progress at North Island in the Paracels.

Circular Mangrove Forests are the fastest, most effective, and most efficient way to protect and surround all these islands from Tsunami and Typhoons... ...

I wonder if the people who are in charge of planning and developing all these islands are scientifically aware about these simple and undeniable fact ??
