It looks like the final outline of the island is demarcated.
The left (western) side is long enough for another 3 km runway.
Lots of construction activities on the south side. Incidentally, this is where the original outpost was located.

I believe by the end of this year, the circle would be completed, so it will have enclosed big lagoon, connected to open sea by 2 or 3 controlled channels.
