The AC313 is simply the civil designation for the PLA Z-18 which is already operational (or under test) as the Z-18A tactical transport, Z-18 White Heron for VIP, the Z-18F Sea Eagle for ASW and finally the Z-18J Bat for AEW.

Big news !

If the enemy knows you have a helo which is carrying a anti ship missile the game all of a sudden changes

They will dedicate a lot of effort to avioid it

A warship which can carry two such Helos would be a massive threat to the enemy at all times they can have a helo airborne

YJ-9s are only good against boats. They are not meant to attack ships. Any ship with a CIWS will laugh and then shoot it down.

Phalanx didn't seem to help the Sa'ar 5.

I think Sa'ar 5 was hit by a real ship launched AShM, whereas in this case we're talking about light, helicopter launched AShMs instead. (that engagement was also unique in its own, other ways that I think isn't quite representative of what we would expect from a ship at full alertness, for the sake of discussion)

I personally think a helicopter can potentially launch its AShMs outside the range of a ship's CIWS (depending on the CIWS in question), but Iron Man is also right in saying that a helicopter with light AShMs isn't really meant for serious ASuW work, only really good for small ships and boats.
