The answer is simple. I uploaded the wrong photo. The one you reference is from RIMPAC 2012 I believe, and somehow I uploaded it to Flickr by mistake.

The following is the correct photo of DDH-978 entering Pearl Harbor for RIMPAC 2014. I have placed it in my RIMPAC 2014 Album too.

"RIMPAC -2014"...09 July 2014...18 military medical personnel from the participating RIMPAC nations came to the hospital ship Peace Ark to participate in Chinese traditional medicine, communication training. There are many more photos on navy.mil. Alas.. no photos of the PLAN.. I'm disappointed that few photos of the PLAN have been posted by the USN. They do have 4 ships at RIMPAC..Where's the photos USN??

Enywho..I'll post more photos when I get home from work if I have time...
