If one is able to calculate her size ( extremely difficult ) can be interesting the 3M-54E do 8.2 x 0.53 m

It is identical (almost?) to the supersonic 3M-54 ,
Now the question is, which version is it based on? The export 3M-54TE has a length of 8.2m and are limited to 220 km. The domestic Russian version is 8.9m and has a classified max range. Speculations range from 450 km to almost 700 km.
For the YJ-18, it is likely that they used the 3M-54TE design, modified/improved the internal components to suite their requirements. YJ-18 specs are probably superior to the export 3M-54TE.
3M-54T considered a very deadly missile due to the hybrid subsonic-supersonic flight. Stealthily approach the target ship and suddenly go supersonic during terminal stage.

Admittedly, I have never seen domestic Russian 3M-54K or 3M-54T in action but then again there was never a need for them to be showcaded unlike the land-attack variants. When it comes to publicity there is big difference between domestic and export variants.
So basically a 3M-54TE, which is interesting. This missile is 8.9m in length, meaning it would have to be hot-launched out of the 9m UVLS tubes on the 052D. Either that or the Chinese version is less then 8.9m in length.

The YJ-18 appears to be a Chinese copy of the 3M54E Klub
9 m size for weapons or cell size ? i think for cell different.
One here you can the size in comparison with relaoding system for torpedo clealry less longs torpedoes used do 6 - 7.8 m the enormous Type 65/76 9.1 m build for attack to very long range US CVBGs which caused the destruction of the Kursk retired since several years
Well, I guess one cant expect more. This program might have been started the moment China acquired the Kalibr/Klub back when the Kilo-class SSKs were first imported with those missiles.
Hopefully, China's next step is to stealthify the YJ-18 to make it into an LRASM contender.

That would be great. YJ-18 with AGM-129 like stealthy airframe would be even deadlier.
Another would be stealthy IIR guided systems like NSM. KD-88 has IIR versions but they are air-launched and no stealth shaping.
China already has stealthy target drones like SZ-250 and SZ-300 plus the WJ-500 drone. So stealthily anti-ship and land-attack cruise missiles should not be too far away.
