Interesting that we have yet to see the land-attack variant of the YJ-18.
A land attack version would be simpler than the antiship version. It would forego the second terminal stage so the cruise missile is a single piece whole tip to tip. Without the rocket stage, you can extend the fuel tank all the way further, which will increase the range of the missile. The missile will be subsonic in its entire flight, and will have a blunt end compared to the antiship version having a sharp tip. It looks more what you would expect a conventional cruise missile would be, with the bottom half recognizable as being shared with the antiship missile.

I am not sure if it's even on the menu. What we are more likely to see in the future is the dual targeting YJ-83B launched from the U-VLS as illustrated in the last Zhuhai show.
The VLS mockup used for display on that show has blunt or ovoid tipped models for missiles as well as the quadpack. That hints of land attack missiles coming for the VLS. The question is whether or not it maybe based on the YJ-18 or use a different design altogether.
