I saw this on chinese forums. This particular news sounded legit when I read it.
Popeye...that site only has so many days of "news" on that page...and when it scrolls off, I could not find an archive for the older news.I checked the link;
I found nothing about PLAN ship LIAONING CV-16.
And if they did go to sea with 15 J-15s where are the pictures? I wanna see them!
As I say, it sounded more official...but there was no link or source given for the information so I sort of took it with a grain of salt.

so what I remember reading is that there will be more involved exercises later this year. Although it would be hard to believe that they can carry 24 J-15s. The image with the 4 J-15s might be from this most recent exercise.
