2. PLA Information Support Forces Engineering University（中国人民解放军信息支援部队工程大学）
   • Created through the integration of the National University of Defense Technology's Information & Communication College and the PLA Army Engineering University's Communications Non-Commissioned Officers School
   • Main campus based in Wuhan, Hubei Province
3. PLA Joint Logistics Support Forces Engineering University（中国人民解放军联勤保障部队工程大学）
   • Established by combining the PLA Army Service Academy, PLA Military Transportation Academy headquarters, and its affiliated Automotive Non-Commissioned Officers School
   • Main campus situated in Chongqing

The Central Military Commission (CMC) has decided to restructure and form three military academies.

In line with the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and to meet the needs of military service branch restructuring and professional military talent development, the Central Military Commission (CMC) recently announced the establishment of three new higher education institutions under the People’s Liberation Army (PLA):

1. PLA Army Service Arms University（中国人民解放军陆军兵种大学）
   • Formed by merging the PLA Armored Force Academy and PLA Artillery and Air Defense Forces Academy
   • Main campus located in Hefei, Anhui Province
2. PLA Information Support Forces Engineering University（中国人民解放军信息支援部队工程大学）
   • Created through the integration of the National University of Defense Technology's Information & Communication College and the PLA Army Engineering University's Communications Non-Commissioned Officers School
   • Main campus based in Wuhan, Hubei Province
3. PLA Joint Logistics Support Forces Engineering University（中国人民解放军联勤保障部队工程大学）
   • Established by combining the PLA Army Service Academy, PLA Military Transportation Academy headquarters, and its affiliated Automotive Non-Commissioned Officers School

These institutions will admit high school graduates through civilian recruitment channels. Detailed enrollment information, including academic programs and quotas, will be released in due course as part of annual admission plans.

PS: There are currently no official English translations of the names of the three universities.

Not sure if this is the right thread, but if folks are interested, I've written about the PLA's primary command system--the Integrated Command Platform (ICP)--that it would use to plan and execute an invasion of Taiwan. The ICP is the software and hardware suite PLA personnel use for a host of functions, including C2, communications, mission planning, logistics, etc.
