Is the user a non Chinese figther/soldier? because the North Face Cap and the Beard give it away.

Still Chinese, just non han Chinese. Probably from the west like Xinjiang or someplace similar.
I didn't know they allow beard in PLA.
The one thing that bothers me is his glove. Why does it look like that?
He's holding his glove in the same hand as the grip so he can use his phone.

Uyghurs and certain other minorities get it in Western China since shaving there is painful. As a matter of fact, one of the officers who was part of the series of clashes with India several years ago was a Uyghur whom the Indians thought was Pakistani undercover military officer.
Saw the video of it firing. Impressive RoF and recoil indeed. Any downside that we might not know about?
