PLA Small arms

Let me add a description to your photo, since you're a lazy ass and couldn't be bothered.

Your image shows after-market jury-rigged rails and mounts to overcome the design limitations of QBZ-95 in order to accommodate modern accessories such as a magnifier and a LAM. Ironically, this makeshift solution provides more secure mounting for the LAM than the polymer half-rail on the new QBZ-191. Two steps forward, one step back: this is the way of the Chinese peasant army.

Again wearing the vest too low, leaving part of the heart and all of its major arteries exposed. In a war, all the fancy accessories won't save this peasant. He will be an easy kill.

normal cloth made to stop bulletproof kind of thing.
is there anything like available in real life.

Nope. Even if the PLA had a miracle invention like that, it'd be too cheap to field it, and even if it were to field it, the peasant soldiers would wear it wrong.

If there was a "magic" thin cloth that can stop a bullet from piercing thru, you would want something thick to absorb the kinetic energy of the bullet otherwise you would still have internal injury / death

still wear empty plate carrier during training too
instead of stuff some equal weight trainning plate in allow troops familiar with realistic combat weight

clearly mass product equal weight trainning plate can't be that hard for china military industry

Are you sure that vest is a plate carrier and not just a non-protective tactical vest? The neckline looks U-shaped compared to the flat-bottom trough shape of the vest of the upside down rifle guy.

Wtf is up with the upside down rifle guy, doesn’t seem real.

He's wearing the standard issue tactical vest with no plate inserted. These vests have adjustable shoulder straps. Below is an image showing how the vest should be worn, with the shoulder straps having been properly adjusted to cover the entire thorax, all the way up to the clavicle.

However, the vast majority of peasant soldiers haven't figured out that the straps are adjustable, so they wear the vests as if they were aprons (as shown in the image below). Either wear them properly or don't wear them at all.
