I'm curious too. It would require quite a bit of modification to the gun itself.

Larger mouth = faster loading/reloading. It's basically the equivalent of a flared mag well.
It still needs to fit into a well that is the same size of the mag to provide support, now you just can’t see where you’re supposed to put it exactly.
Maybe it has a funnel at the end to help with easier insertion.
