Are these machine guns available in 5.56 NATO, 7.62 NATO, and 7.62x39mm?
Variants you can see a couple behind the .338 (8.6x70mm) model.
They may also be able to reconfigure to 7.62x54 or 7.62x51mm. Though there is a question of use case on that. Having a configuration using this receiver for 7.62x54R would make sense for the PLA as a training tool. It’s an established calibre the Chinese likely have stockpiled huge quantities and they have the ranges for it. However going smaller than that has a question of whether it’s worth it.
Presumably that's 338 Norma right, not Lapua?
Likely their own. The Chinese were trying to develop their own iteration of 8.6x70mm for a number of years.

7.62x54R is rimmed so it's not a easy conversation depending on the design.
