According to a reliable , the chief designer of the new recoilless rifle said that in addition to basic direct-fire against armor and bunkers, it's also capable of indirect fire using air-burst rounds (guided by a ballistic table). If necessary, it can also be used against low-altitude aerial targets, such as deploying a net to capture/disable drones.
