Curious, ZTQ-15 isn't all that old in the first place. Though maybe we simply feel strange that innovation tempo can in fact exceed one attributed to adeptus mechanicus from pink dark 41nd millenium.

In terms of a future war with US, no matter where it happens, seems China wants to assure at least a generation ahead of adversary on every main battle equipment. :oops:

What are the chances we'll see this unveiled in 5 months at the V-J parade? First(?) batch of prototypes was seen a year ago and we've seen these tanks driven more and more frequently

Answer is we don't know, but i would not bet on it though.

Think you have to ask/research if there were something in prior parades that were NOT in production at that time.
(I think the prior parades did not have any non production stuff? )

I'm some what sure that the GJ-11 was not in active service/serial production at the 2019 parade when it was officially unveiled. Though feel free to correct me on

I guess its possible given that the prototypes have been driven publicly for years now. That indicates the coming of serial production. Besides, parading this year the new tank and also the new 6th gen fighters would be a huge propaganda win, even if the tank is a few months away from serial production.
